One of the things we love to do is come up with new ways to use our pantry staples. Some might think granola is just for breakfast, right? We say: wrong! It is great for anytime of the day; and is a great addition to many dishes. For this reason we see our range of products as pantry staples, and we aim to show you just how versatile they are with recipes we have tried and tested for their deliciousness and increased healthy content. Carrot Granola Muffins

Ingredients (makes 8-12 muffins depending on preferred size) 450gm Ground Granola meal 2 eggs (100g) 80ml oil 190ml milk 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp bicarb soda 200gm grated carrot Date Molasses Labne Cinnamon Mix all ingredients together and place into moulds. Cook for 10-12 minutes on 180C until slightly risen and skewer comes out dry. Top with labne, a drizzle of date molasses and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
