Ingredients (makes 1 delicious bowl) 80gm Honey Toasted Granola 2 spoons Greek Yoghurt Berries to top Place your Granola in a bowl and top with yoghurt. Sprinkle with fruit and nuts of your choice. Enjoy!
Ingredients (makes 1 delicious bowl) 80gm Honey Toasted Granola 150ml almond milk Raspberries Papaya (chopped) Cinnamon Place Granola and milk in a small saucepan and carefully bring to the boil. When bubbling quickly reduce to a simmer until your desired consistency is achieved. Porridge will thicken on standing. Top with fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
Ingredients: (makes 1 delicious bowl) One serve Honey Toasted Granola approx 80gm 1 cup Organic Apple Juice 1 spoon Greek Youghurt Berries to top Place Granola in a serving dish and cover with juice. Leave in the fridge overnight to soak into oats. When ready to eat top with yoghurt and berries of choice. Enjoy!
Ingredients: (makes 1 delicious bowl) 50gm Ground Granola Meal 100ml Almond Milk Mixed berries to garnish Splash of date syrup Place Ground Granola Meal and milk in microwave safe bowl. Cook on high for 1-2 minutes until you achieve the consistency you prefer. Garnish with berries and date syrup. Enjoy!
Ingredients: (makes 10 x 50gm crackles) 200gm Granola 75gm Almond Butter 75gm Coconut Oil 150gm Dark Chocolate Heat & mix the almond butter and coconut oil together, then add the Granola. Scoop into an oiled muffin tray or silicone moulds. Melt chocolate and distribute evenly between cups. Leave to set in the fridge and enjoy once set!
Ingredients (makes 8-12 muffins depending on preferred size) 450gm Ground Granola meal 2 eggs (100g) 80ml oil 190ml milk 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp bicarb soda 200gm grated carrot Date Molasses Labne Cinnamon Mix all ingredients together and place into moulds. Cook for 10-12 minutes on 180C until slightly risen and skewer comes out dry. Top with labne, a drizzle of date molasses and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
Ingredients (makes 12 snaps) 200gm Honey Toasted Granola 100gm Sweetened Condensed milk Mix together and place into round moulds. Cook for 12 minutes on 180C until mid brown colour. Allow to set in moulds, and take out when cool. Biscuits will harden and further caramelize on cooling.
Ingredients: (makes 6 balls) 100gm Maple Roasted Granola 20gm Vegan Nutella 40gm Pureed Medjool Dates Blitz Granola in a food processor until it is a finer texture, add nutella and dates and process into a paste. Form into balls and place in the fridge to firm up. Enjoy!
Ingredients: (makes one tray) 200ml yoghurt 50gm Granola 50gm Sliced fruit Spread yoghurt onto a flat silcone tray or spoon into moulds. Top with granola and press in slices of fruit. Place in freezer to set. Break up when set and store in container, removing from freezer just before eating. Enjoy!
